Information You Provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message. It also includes the source website identifier and your agreement to passing on the enquiry. Please provide business enquiry details and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
How Your Enquiry Is Used
Your information is used to receive, assess and respond to your request. With your agreement, an enquiry may be passed to a suitable local firm so it can contact you about the requested service. The form requires that agreement before submission.
A receiving firm is responsible for explaining how it handles your information when it contacts you. Any quotation, visit or work is agreed with that firm. Your agreement to an enquiry does not commit you to buying a service.
Sharing And Service Providers
Website hosting and form-processing providers may process information needed to deliver the website and receive your request. Enquiry details are shared with a suitable local firm only for the requested response and with the agreement asked for in the form. Information is not submitted for unrelated marketing through this form.
Retention And Security
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, resolve associated questions and meet applicable legal duties. The receiving firm may have its own retention requirements. Technical controls are used to protect submissions, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your Choices And Rights
You can ask about access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, and withdraw your agreement to future sharing. Withdrawal does not reverse processing already carried out lawfully. Use the enquiry form and select “Not sure yet” to make a privacy request, providing only the details needed to identify the earlier enquiry.
If a firm has already contacted you, you can also direct a request to that firm using the details it provides. You can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies And Technical Data
This build does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for security and delivery. Google Fonts is used to load typefaces, which makes a request to Google when the page is opened.
Before You Submit
Read the form agreement and submit only if you want a response about the service. Do not put passwords, door access codes or payment information in the message. If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
